The User hereby consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Witwatersrand Local Division of the High Court of South Africa for the purposes of all or any legal proceedings arising from or concerning this web site and/or any agreements flowing therefrom.
11 Dispute Resolution
All disputes in terms of the use of this web site or any agreement flowing there from, or relating to the inability to use this web site, shall be referred to arbitration in terms of the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and such arbitration shall be held in Johannesburg and conducted in the English language. The unsuccessful party shall pay all costs incurred by the successful party.
